Every day there are all sorts of haircuts walking out of our doors, some simple everyday cuts, and some a bit more dapper, and some where our clients let us pull out all the stops. For those who want to know what we REALLY do here.
The Service: Toolshed
The Barber: Natalie
The Story:
Jason is one of those clients who we love as a person, but also as a walking business card. He makes our work look damn good.
His hair is not thinning but still rather fine, so to keep it neat and easy we cut a nice Scumbag Boogie, high faded on the sides, parted, and with a slight twist in the form of a slight blended point toward the back of the head. Also, we had to show the shirt. Ah, sweet 90s memories.
The beard is what we imagine to be a sailor style, squared in the chin, lean in the cheeks, simple, substantial and not too fussy.
A lot of fantastic cuts walk out of this shop, but most of the time we are on to the next client before we have a chance to take photos.
So, to actually capture these great styles (with decent lighting), we have started a roster of hair models. None are “models” for sure (although some have been a curiously Pavlovian effect on our lady followers), these Zoolanders are pulled from our existing clients.
