In the early days, the Gaard was a trio of dweebs (one is behind the camera most of the time) who all lived in different parts of the same old house, and it sort of turned into a stupid show. Called Colin & Tyler in the Treehouse. These are their stories.
Some among our group have always had a fascination with those boxy bits on top of nice old houses, known as widow’s walks, or kooplas. Then we found out that one of our clients owned one of them, and is practically a neighbor to Beardsgaard Manor.
And thus this episode of Colin & Tyler in the Treehouse was born. There were Blair Witch reenactments, the Stuffed Shirts showed up and pontificated all over the living room, and as has now weirdly become tradition, we recorded a dumb song.
Built in 1852 or 3, this is one of the houses you have always drooled over driving by, and now you get to hear about its cool history and possible Dillinger connections.
