Hail, Beardsgaardians!
We are here today to help you navigate this season of family and work gatherings, events, and many, many photos without looking like a gnarly wildebeest.
Our shop is just about three months old and we have been a whirlwind of busy, even more than we can handle on the weekends and now through the holidays. Although help is coming soon (more barbers!), we have a few tips and procedures to ensure you can get in our chairs when you need to.
Read on!
We make this so easy.
- Click right HERE (and bookmark that link or just click Appointments at the top of this page).
- Choose your service and barber.
- Choose your date and time.
- Enter your name, phone, email, and any: notes/details you would like us to know/jokes o’ the day/whathaveyou (you get a confirmation and reminder email directly related to your appointment only, no spam, no marking, no weird e-cards, nothing. We promise). Please note that if for some reason you do not get a text or email confirmation, the appointment did not go through, so please call to follow up!
- Show up!
But for real, that show up part is kind of important, especially in this, the most deliriously, magically exhausting season of the year for those of us who work in the service industry and on our feet.
If you cannot make it to your appointment, we beg you to please call the front desk at (630) 454 – 4820 as soon as you know that you have to cancel. It always makes us so sad when we tell a walk-in client that we cannot service him that day due to full books, and then one of our next bookings goes rogue and is unreachable as the minutes tick past.
We would have really liked to take some hair off of that dude. Just call if you would, and we would be forever grateful.
Speaking of calling, you can also call for an appointment! That way you get to talk to Colin the Shopkeep! He’s pretty cool, we guess. A little awkward, but it’s all part of his charm.
We would also like to put out there that we always try our best to be on time, but when we are running late for you, you can be sure it’s because an earlier client showed up late. And you know, we never rush you nor the work we do.
When you are in the chair, you are the only person in the world to us.
