“AHRRRRGGHH! You’re all booked up!”
Trust us we know, and we understand how frustrating it is when you have to wait 6 to 10 weeks to get a spot with any of our barbers (side note, that’s really for the standard work week people, you can still get in weekdays with a bit less trouble).
But what’s this? A way to get cut by some of your favorite barbers and not have to deal with the craziness of walk-ins? Yessir, we have come up with another way to get you in, and on a Sunday no less.
Once a month a few of the barbers will take turns coming in on a Sunday to take appointments, giving those of you with a hectic weekday schedule a fighting chance to get an appointment.
Since Sundays are our barber’s only guaranteed day off, prices for Sunday Services will include a Sunday Surcharge. They can only be booked by phone, email, or in person at Beardsgaard, no online booking for these sweet spots.
There is limited availability and it is by appointment only so once the barbers are full, they’re full! Also, because they are not coming in on their day off for no shows, bookings for Sunday Services will require a credit card on file, and no shows/late cancels will be subject to a 50% fee for booked services.
Our first Sunday Service day starts on September 22nd from 10am-3pm. Our inaugural roster is both awesome, and sure to be a verbally inappropriate good time.
Jackie! Back from maternity leave with two little ones at home now, Jackie is a 15-year industry veteran with a long client list and only two normal shifts per week, you have better believe she’s going to grab this chance to talk to adults on a Sunday.
Lauren! She’s headed back to school in addition to shop life, and and as such has taken on more walk-in days to allow more flexibility for said crazy times. This has had the unfortunate side effect of making it more difficult to get an appointment with her. If you’re a die-hard fan of Lauren’s, this is an excellent way to snag that elusive LT.
Lola! If you like a stellar haircut with a side of sassy banter, she’s your girl. An even bigger bonus? She comes with a super chunky shop dog named Cash who’s just the goodest boi to ever good. With Lola, you get sick fades, with a concerned-looking doggo staring at you the whole time. It’s a win all around.
Joey! Though by this date he will be but a few weeks out of barber school, Joey knows most of you already. Don’t worry, he hasn’t been hanging out in your bushes, but he has been checking you out (and in) from the front desk of Beardsgaard for years now.
Like Tyler before him, Joey followed in the career footsteps of his wife to become a barber, and the osmosis effect is no joke, he will be cutting just like them in no time. In the meantime, he’s really, really friggin’ good.
Booking is now open (again, phone, email or in person), come on in for the Sunday fun. We’ll put the coffee on.
