Barber demo videos are great, but what about when you encounter some hair that doesn’t fit the mold? In this series, the barbers of Beardsgaard are going to show you some tricky tricks for barbers to make your life behind the chair a little easier.
Mustaches come in all shapes and sizes, but most are pretty easy to shape up. But what about those pointy ones that grow STRAIGHT OUT? Those types are pretty pokey to be on the other end of (just ask our shop manager/model’s wife).
But for barbers, cut it too long and it gets awkwardly pointy again real quick, but take off the slightest bit too much in the wrong place, and this crazy unforgiving mustache hair is going to look like it’s missing a chunk. So let’s make Vinc’s lovely wife a happy lady.
First of all, this is a wonderful American success story…a lovely couple takes the big plunge and goes into business as team mates. How cool is that? Then rather than just another “me too” kind of operation, they launch off on a new direction that melds old traditions with new ways – and creates a sense of community. Then they raise the work to a form of art – taking it up to true professionalism. My barber isnt worthy to save these peoples feet…. no comparssion.
I love that they share…they post these beautiful and charming videos..loaded with technical details – that for us non barbers, are truly fascinating. Also, Natalie is a brilliant person to use as the face of the business. Speaking as a “Fatherly Type” and not a creeper… She is adorable. Witty, edgy, smart and a true expert. She has a unique and very appealing appearance and a delightful personality with a voice thats perfect for this kind of marketing. As a business guy, I really admire thier approach.
I regret that I live about 400 miles away. None the less, you can bet any time business travel takes me within an hour of Batavia – I am gonna make an appointment – then plaster it all over my FB page.
