By making an appointment, you agree to the following policies:


PAYMENT ON FILE

  • Must have a current credit or debit card on file on your account to make an appointment.
  • You can use your card on file to pay for products and services when you are at the shop or to pay over the phone for a late cancellation or a no show.

FEES

  • Fees are only applied for late cancellations and no shows.
  • Fees are applied at close of the shop day, so if we are able to fill that spot first, no fee is required.
  • We will always confirm with you by phone, or email if we don't have your phone number before charging your card.
  • Until outstanding fees are paid, we must suspend booking on the account.

LATE CANCELLATIONS

  • You can cancel your appointment online through Mindbody, either desktop or app, up to 12 hours before your appointment time, or if you are unable to use those methods, a phone call or email to the shop.
  • With fewer than 12 hours until your appointment, a cancellation will require a 50% service fee so we can pay the barbers for their time.
  • If you wake up sick though, the fee is waived and you get our sincere thanks, but please, if you suspect sick the day before, tell us ASAP, okay? Same with legit emergencies that aren't "I had to work," because...like, the barbers do too, you know?

NO SHOWS

  • If you just don't show up at all and give us no heads up, we have no chance to fill the empty spot, a 100% fee for the service will be required to rebook.
  • We wish we didn’t have to, but complete no shows are part of the reason it’s always been so hard to get in around here. Alas.
